Shipping & Returns

Domestic

• All orders ship within 24 to 48 hours, except weekends.
• All U.S. orders ship First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail for $2.99, and usually arrive within 2 to 7 days.
• When your order ships we'll send an email with a tracking number so you can follow it online (for trackable shipping methods only, of course.)

International

• Form and Fabric ships all over the world. International shipping fees vary and prices are calculated at check out.

Express

• Express shipping is avaliable but the cost is considerably higher. Unless you need your order urgently Priority Mail is the cheapest option and costs only $2.99 for domestic orders. Standard FedEx rates apply on all overnight shipping.

Returns

Please get in touch if you're not happy with your Form and Fabric order. Once we know what the problem is, we'll let you know how we can help. In short, we think you'll be happy - but if you're not we won't rest until we've found the right solution for you.

Multiple Cuts

We’re happy to cut your fabric for you. If you have special cutting instruction simply add a note in the comments field during check out. You can describe how you want your order cut or ask us to call you to get the details.

Ordering Yardage Plus a Fraction

If you need a yard, or two, and an additional fraction of a yard choose the cut that most closely matches the fraction you need then select the quantity needed to reach the total amount of fabric you would like to order. For example, 2.25 yards, select [9] [.25 yard cut]. The totally quantity ordered is displayed to the left of the Add To Cart button so you’ll know exactly how much you are purchasing. Be sure to re-verify the order quantity at checkout.
